Flatspin- I stripped a G62 down to exactly 4 lbs.
then used a electronic ingnition.
power was the same- vibration was the same - I got rid of it -after I compared it to a ZDZ60 -
I don't hate Zenoah's but the difference in power and smoothness was a demonstration of how much design refinement has done for these engines.
Jestico - The 80 zdz/cap combo is popular-for good reason - it is the lightest combo -and most power to weight - cheapest and - it works!
To lick the noise - I used the short tuned can and a 26x12 MenzS (6250-6300 ) very little prop rip now
