Have you cycled the battery to see if it is good? You have changed everything but the battery, and you have proved the Hall sensor good with the Zenoah ignition. As a long shot maybe the Zenoah uses less current than the RCEXL and loads up the battery less. Or the battery has a bad cell, and the Zenoah will run on less voltage.
