Default too old to start?

I'm 44 started 10 years ago and stopped after about 1/2 season, the LHS (at the time) opened a field because they were interested in selling planes and thats all, they didnt give a s*&t if you could fly or not and the promised training lasted about 20 minutes.....now 10 years later, you can start with a park flyer at a schoolyard. and be able to learn on a stick for under $200 thats the route I recommend...then you can transfer those skills to glow models .. I would recommend also that you start with a good radio ...either for future use or future sale in the unlikely event you dont enjoy the hobby..remember you cant fly the cool looking planes yet, but you should be old enough to know that
and just be a 15 year old trapped in a 40+ year old body like the rest of us ....Rog
