Most company's set the LVC at 3.0v but if it will let you set it at 3.2v that would be better. I would time your runs and after see how much mAh you have to put back in to the battery. You should get into the practice of knowing when to stop before the LVC is activated, keeping the LVC as a back up safe guard.
4.2v is full capacity per cell with lipo. So with a two cell lipo the charger should balance charge to 8.4v
This little device is very helpful on knowing were your voltage is on your lipo packs.
