Default RE: SIG Spitfire's

ORIGINAL: skaliwag

Is the lager kit's plan a comprehensive Berkely style or the abbreviated SIG offering?

Were these the only two, or was the a slightly lager version more like the Sterling kit?

Skaliwag,

Sig bought some of the kits that Fox had bought out from Berkeley. They re-engineered them and I understand they are pretty nice. As far as the plans, I have a friend that has all of the series, I'll check it out when I get back to St. Louis in two weeks.

There are several different designs in the series, T-6, Focke Wulf, Bearcat, Spitfire, and maybe a couple more. They are all 3/4" to 1'. They are Scale models, designed to be used in C/L Scale. There is no other Sig Spitfire that I have ever seen.

Sterling made a 52 inch Spitfire stunter that was a semi-scale stunt model.

Top Flite made a 42 inch Hurricane semi-scale stunter.
