Gents,
I have a H9 Cherokee that'd been sitting for a couple of years in its box. Now that I have been bitten by the F4C bug, I decided it was time to take it out of the box and put it together.
This plane is not a ARTF in the couple of hours sense, but it takes quite some time to assemble.
Since I could not find a real life subject that looked like this model, I decided it was time to do some bashing, starting with the covering, basic painted vinyl that melts the moment the iron touches it.[:'(]
The subject chosen has been C-FVLA, a 1966 Piper Cherokee 140. Owner's website:

All the photos used for modelling this airplane have been taken from the owner's website, to which I'm very grateful for publishing such detailed photographs.
Yesterday I started ripping all the covering up, and finished the fuse and control surfaces. More work to be done on the wings soon, as long as I have some time.
