Mmm should be no charge for the cylinders, I think they were looking for shipping cost only, though I swollowed that from my rep commission for my customers.

It is factory hinged...but yes you have to add the hinge rod. Should be wrapped in bubble wrap somewhere in the box.

What servo hatch is not cut? bottom of the fin?
