After looking at the picture explaining the differing modes, and taking into account those of us who are part of the Playstation and X-Box generation (like myself), I'm amazed more of us don't use mode 3, as it relates to how most 3rd person shooters, flight sims, racing games etc work on my controller! (still mode 2 myself)
