Got a Blade SR that I recently did the Freestyle belt drive tail conversion on. Got everything set up after the conversion OK, but when I hit idle up, the bird spins four or five times before the tail rotor hits the brakes and stops the whirls. If I use "regular" right stick and take it easy, or when the headspeed levels out in idle up, the gyro does its job and keeps everything in line-no wags, no hunting. This is my first bird, so is this something to be expected in general with flying helicopters, or am I missing something?
