Yeah it is coming from the Ukraine, not exactly cheap to get something from there if you are an individual.
That'll defintely keep the price down.
Years ago I was buying up a bunch of different Nixie tubes from a guy in Lithuania or Estonia, and shipping was rather steep to get something from there too.
I remember years ago mailing something to a guy farther east inRussia in Siberia and it was expensive to send something over there too.
