You may be shocked at the offers being tendered (some would say it is depressing). The market is really down from a year ago.
There is a lot of window shoppers (nothing wrong with that), but no one wants to part with their green-backs. Not that much disposable income, if any. This is not news to anyone out there, but times are tough.
There is a lot interest, but little money to spend.
