There is a book, I actually have it. "War Planes of the Second World War, Floatplanes, volume six." By William Green, published in 1968.
Tiny book unfortunately, but great info text and also a tiny 3 view drawing.
May I ask, why that particular aircraft?
My guess is you'll have to draw your own plans from a good three view.
The wings are swept back Hershey Bar type, that is, no taper.
