Yes, the larger e-conversions have a price premium...at least up front. I am convinced thay my clean e-models last longer than my glow friends planes.
We test flew the AT-6 last weekend. Boy, does it fly sweet!
After modifying the retracts a bit, we captured some great 35mm photos and videos. I'll post some photos when the film is developed and the video will be available when RCU publishes my review.
Awesome power level with the MaxCim motor and 15x10 prop. My flight times are rather short using the CP1700 cells...about 5-7 minutes. I must be getting used to Lithium power.
