This engine appears to be of ABC construction.
If so, the described, low-RPM break-in procedure (your post #6 - 7,000±1,000) is plain WRONG; and may be the reason most engines from Russia, are only expected to only for last four hours...

Is it ABC, or is it Meehanite/steel?
