I just grabbed my flap horn with a pair of square nose pliers, bent/cracked it to the right angle and ran a small bead of epoxy over after. But packing works too.
What colour is your model?

Hi Dave. Think I will make up an extension to the flap servo box, so the servo is more in line.
I have the same as Trev, the Black one. I have the decals from taylor made. I am enjoying the build. Spent a labour intensive last two days fitting the gear & doors. Turned out better than my normal attempts.
Will be fitting a Merlin 140, due to arrive Monday.
