Default RE: Help??

In the break in it is normal for the engine to cut off because it should be running very rich with alot of smoke and oill comming out of the pipe while it is running idle it is more then likely it is hard to start because with it running idle the oil and gas has build up in the engine. The best way to break in on idle while it is sitting off the ground is once you get it crunk and intermitten intravles give a lil gas on the remote to blow out some of the gas and oil to keep it running. dont give alot of gas just enough to keep it running and you will see alot of smkoe and oil comming out of the pipe. Make sure you have a temp gauge to keep an eye on your engine temps while it is running. Once you get through the first tank off the ground it will be easier to keep the car running while you drive around slowly in figure 8s because you will be hitting the throttle a little and blowing out the gas and oil instead of it building up in the engine. rmove you glow plug and see if it is wet wips it off but do not touch the element wire because they are easy to break. i hope this helps and please enjoy this new hobby it is great.
