Default Is the Slowstick a good beginner plane?

Hi, I'm still new to RC flying, and I am tight on money...(no summer job ) I have been looking around the forums and other websites and have narrowed down my search. Should I get a Slowstick or a Wingo. I would also need to get a radio and do not now what to look for, and remember, I have limited funds.

If I go for the slowstick, would it be capable of carrying a 9v battery and cheap video system for playing around? The camera is the kind on ebay, 800mw and supposedly has a 2000ft line of sight transmitting range.

I know this is alot of stuff to ask about, but I want to make sure I go for the right choice and have fun with this hobby, than to go with the wrong plane and ruin it...

Also I have been putting in a couple of hours in FMS with a two stick controller if that helps.

Hopefully that is not too much to ask for, heh. Thanks.
