Great news after much trying i have have finally got the motoer running and is in the middle of tuning. Thanks to everyone for all the advice and responses. But it did not last long, in the middle of tuning, i was getting little throttle response from the car and then no throttle response at all. Upon further inspection I found the throttle to be wide open and could not get any control from my radio. I have fresh batterries and have complete steering control. I dont know what the problem is? Can anyone help me on this problem? Thanks to everyone again for all the helpful responses!
it is fairly likely that the servo failed. i had the same exact issue with my backdraft 3.5(tho my servo lasted longer than yours)
go to redcat's website, and find there warrenty form. fill it out and they will send you a replacement servo quickly. when i got mine, i noticed that it was different from the stock servo(differnt numbers on it) so the stock servos must be from a bad batch, and the replacement servos they send are better.
