Thanks for helping me out guys.
My father is down from MO. for Thanksgiving and we noticed if you hold the throttle shaft in there is no binding issue. What we did is remove the retaining E-clip and put a thin washer on the shaft between the carb block and the e-clip. I put a little Vaseline on it as well. Problem solved![sm=thumbup.gif] Didn't even have to drop the engine.
