hi i want to use the 1/10 hobbywing xerun combo for onroad rc racing but is it approved by ifmar and/or roar?

I want to get another motor for bashing, how many turnshould i use if i want my car to go 50mph+ on 2s without overheating the esc and killing my lipos? thanks
