It sounds like there is still an unfiltered path.
Wouldn't the same should apply to your product line as well?
I'm using a Opto Ign Kill by 42% Products, with DSP
Noise / Loss of signal Filtering, and OPTO Coupled input/output.
That should be doing the job of isolation.
