I'm still using 72Mhz and 2.4 Ghz is in the pipeline of my future purchase, but Thank GOD, I never flew my plane without having the antenna fully extended. Still I keep this practice and of course only one plane "knock on wood," I cannot afford to lose it.

2.4 Ghz is my next goal.
