They come pre-shaped in 2 outer beds. You glue on the sheeting, glue on the LE and TE wood, glue on the tips (laminate the 3 pieces first) and sand the LE, TE, and to shape. Then hinge the ailerons.

Actually no different than a built up wing once the sheeting is glued on.

There are a LOT of tutorials on foam wings on the web, and as many ways to do it as there are tutorials...
