I was using the same motor and wood prop as yours with the Turnigy Sentilion 100A HV ESC. But the magnets came off after about 20 flights. It was happened to two motors after about 20 flights, not one. I am in Vancouver, BC, outside temperature in summer is 25-30 degree C.

I'll have the motor re-wind to 210kv. Hopefully it will solve the problem.
