The manual makes no reference to tank installation; hence, it may be irrelevant for this engine.

I am not familiar with the engine (I wish I had one)

; but the exploded view shows an air pump.
It seems possible that such pump is able to increase the pressure in the fuel tank as to properly feed the carburetors, regardless the tank location.
It seems irrealistic that any plane can accomodate the thrust line and the tank level with such engine layout; hence, Saito must have a solution for it.
On the other hand, fuel pumps are not recommended for air bleed carburators, which this engine seems to have.
I would contact the distribuitor, or even better, the factory for a clarification of this matter before proceeding with the installation.
