I tallied up my towerhobbies total in past 2 months and got 955$ i got a mamba monster combo, and a few other odds and ends for my e-maxx and slash, 600 dollars doesnt seem like that much anymore
I don't tally my total anymore(or look at my visa's balance). Kinda mad Ebay says how much I spent in the past 30 days though
Hahaha, i hate that too syco, i got my ebay account suspended last year because i tryed to sell a few odds and ends, (stereo equipment) they wanted over 400 dollars to ship it to germany. i was only asking 250 for the receiver, I have nothing but A+ ratings when i bought things but when it came to selling i was less then perfect, now im wondering how i can get my account activated again
I used to sell alot then some idiot got me fed up with the process.
Was selling some of those Airhogs like 6-7 years back got them dirt cheap from the store my brother worked at (he was a manager and would accidentally forget a few cases in back till it was marked for clearance
) buy em for $15 each (marked down from $60) than resell em on ebay for $60 or so + shipping in time for xmas. Auction stated shipping days, and that if it was needed for xmas pay for overnight, all shipping charges were listed. Hell I didn't make a penny over what UPS charged for shipping(I didn't charge for packaging material). She decided to pay on the 21st at like 10pm for ground expecting it to be there the 23rd for xmas... dumb ass left me negative feedback saying I ruined xmas cause it got there 5 days after it was shipped, and demanded a refund. I told her ship it back in un-opened condition and I'd do it. She said I'd better send her cash to ship it back, that her son opened it already, broke it (I also was told I sold a defective item), then started threatening legal action (seriously) I lost my cool, and my reply to her about 65% of it would be filtered out on this site
Up till that point I had a 100% rating after 80 sales... She tried to get Ebay to suspend my account but I sent them a complete copy of the message exchanges, told them to read the auction and how the shipping was clearly stated in big bold letters.
After that I said screw it between ebays fee's, paypals fee's, and dealing with idiotic buyers I just didn't find it worth the extra cash.
