"I was told once they got mine, if it was bad, I would get my money back, instead I got another brand new receiver when I should have had a full refund".
It looks like the old receiver was good and they sent you a new one. It may have been cheaper for Horizon to send a new one than fix the old one. Horizon has always had first class repairs and service.
