here's where I'm at with the D45 CAD plan.

The airfoil is rather crude since it is drawn from the original plans but the overall dimensions ought to be a little more accurate. At least lines are straight.

Scott, Mitch, if you'd rather work from these to cut cores, just let me know. Stab airfoils still missing (although they are there within the ribs which are still rough).
