RE: ESM Dornier DO 335
Evan's D0-335 was flown at Warbirds over the Rockies late Sept. It was nearly a pile of scrap as he didnt use near enough runway(400ft out of an 800ft runway) to take off. It stalled 3 times just after takeoff to the point it was SOOOO low on the 3rd stall/recovery, you couldnt even see the plane below a slight dip in the ground.
Evan's a pro pilot and never gave up on it and once flying with speed, it was an awesome site to see. It did land a little fast, but i think he was still nervous.
