on 12/12/2010 i purchased a mini e revo from username MKSMOKE here on rcu,paid for it via paypal he said it was shipped ups on the 14th still no mini erevo for my 13 year son for christmas seller gave no tracking # cannot contact through email nor phone, was wondering if anybody has had any dealings with this person. just disgusted with it all,christmas is not gonna be good this year, thanks in advance with any and all info.

That's the nice thing about paying through paypal. Give it a little while longer, and if the car doesn't show, you can file a complaint on paypal and get your money back. I think you have something like 30 days from the time of the transaction to file the complaint. Paypal explains it pretty good. I had to do that with hobbyking. A package they sent me was "Returned to Sender." I tried to get a hold of hobbyking to straighten it out, but nobody answered, so I filed a complaint to paypal and got my money back. Went pretty smoothly.
I don't recommend this at every little hiccup when buying things online, but you should know your options.
