i was a 30 year futaba user and now using the A9
it is by far simpler to use and it actually has 9 proportional channels
i still point out to my flying buddies that the initial cost of the A9 with the 9 channel rx
along with the promotional two 7 ch. rx,s plus buying two more 7 ch rx,s allowed me to
outfit 5 planes for the same cost as my friends 10c with one receiver
and then there is the telemtry system
