Nope.

You should have received an order number immediately and a UPS notification the day after it shipped.

If you've received neither, then the order didn't go through.

I placed an order on the Friday before last, and had it delivered the 24th to the East Coast, and another placed on Monday is due next Tuesday... I received order numbers for each immediately and UPS numbers two working days after I placed the orders.
