I like the TBR stuff too.

Has lots of bins for organized storage

These smaller trays fit in the top. They are great for organizing hardware.
The top allows easy access to frequently used items
There is another tray with some tools and part. It wasn't very photo-genic.
I love my RC Box. Never leave home without one
