If a company hits a bad enough spot to generate a complaint on a public forum, something is seriously amiss.  With some of these instances, the thread eventually shows a resolution, and the company gets its valued reputation back.  Most companies that flourish have a good reputation that they cherish and seek to protect, knowing that once a reputation is tarnished, the muck sticks.<div>If all I could find about a company was negative vibes (apart from their own opinion), I would seek to shop elsewhere.</div>
