I agree with husky the spartan hull is not going to last. I read they have a warranty on it for that reason. I agree they should have went FG. 1 or 2 good crashes at 50 and shouldn't take to long before cracks will start to show. I myself started wit a RIO ep which lasted about 2 weeks before I was bored then bought a SV27 which I LOVED. I would buy a older sv27, the new sv27r's are having some issues, for some reason AQ removed the transom doubler and now some stress cracks are apprearing easily on the transom where the hardware mounts. You should be able to find an original sv pretty easy on ebay or over at OSE in the swapshop. They appear every once and a while. The MG is the nicest built RTR I have owned so far to date. Good reading on the SW, as far as I know when the burned ones where getting sent back to Proboat/Horizon Hobby they were suppose to be fixing the esc problems but what i have heard still the same issues. The problems lays in the lipo/nimh switch being faulty or so I read a while ago. They have been having that problem for a while, that esc and motor where used in the Proboat Widowmaker and still they havent fixed it.<div>
