cause when you hit the brake if the carbs setting it too small it will stop the engine.
The trim doesn't take that into account.
Hell that is how I though when I got my 1st nitro and was wondering why the engine kept dying when I hit the brakes. Turns out my carbs gap was too small, and when I stopped the carb would close completely.
So yes in a way it would cause other problems seeing you would be sitting there getting frustrated at the engine thinking you did it right.
