I don't know whether you are converting a Hog with triangle gear to a tail dragger or if you are building a kit. Having said that, if you are converting from tri to tail dragger, probably the easiest way is to mount a new landing gear (Dubro and others have them) on the fuse and a Sullivan tail wheel bracket aft.

If building a kit, the previous post by "thatsakitbuilt" is the way to go. Keep in mind, with a tail dragger, the gear is 1" longer in length.
