RE: T34/85 with Tamiya electronics
From the looks of your elevation set up, there must be some delay of movement from when you actually command the gun to depress or elevate. Does that happen. it looks to me like it will as the elevation arm needs to move far enough before your linkage moves enough to elevate the gun. Is this so? I think you would have better results if your linkage was in a more verticle angle and the elevation arm was longer.<div> I went through this issue when i installed a servo for elevation on my Pershing. If the linkage is too far from verticle there is a delay of movement so i had to use a very long arm to get the results i wanted.</div><div> Which recoil unit are you using. The stay arm looks like it fits nicely into the mantlet. kind of looks like the Pershing arm.</div>
