RF stands for radio frequency...I think you mean RC which is radio control....There are some good kits and almost ready to fly RC airplanes available. There are excellent radios available as well from basic to computerized......
It depends on what you want to do and your budget.
Simply put a receiver inside the airplane receives RF from the transmitter, converts that signal to an electric signal, which is sent to the servos to convert the electric signal to mechanical force to move the controls.
If there are RC flying fields in India go there and ask lots of questions...I bet those folks would be happy to help
