The "CASINO SPECIAL" at the Rainbow on Water St is only $1.89. Two eggs, bacon or sausage, hash browns, toast or biscuits & gravy. I think on the weekends its $2.25. Breakfast with a cup of joe for under $4 with tip and your ready to fly! (I know, Im cheap)
