RE: Seidel 7-70 radial: Help me decide!
My 770 did come with the "circlip" which is really just a c-shaped piece of wire. It seems almost certain to get lost, that and it's a pain to get off and on. So I also immediate thought of using the external circlips (with the holes for the tool). First I tried the M8 and M10 clips that were available in the local hardware shop. The M10 is too big and M8 seems too small (has to be distorted to fit). On a recent trip to Osaka, I was able to find some M9 clips but haven't tried them yet.
