That ain't a 4*40 (or 60)

Tail is wrong.
Turtle deck is wrong.
Wingtips are wrong.
Cowl is wrong.
Deck in front of canopy area is wrong.

Looks like it's Birdi'ish, or Andrews...maybe Goldberg...
