Have you tried talking to Todd, he is a stand up guy and will always put right a product mistake if that is what it is, don't understand why you have come on here complaining prior to making contact with him?

I agree, and you see this more and more these days. Before the time of computers and the internet a customer would pick up the phone and talk directly to the vendor and resolve the issue. This courtesy, unfortunately, in some cases, has gone out the window.
