Default RE: Looking for first plane - small - electric

RCU owns a site that is dedicated to electric flight http://www.wattflyer.com where you may find a lot more info about the various electric models.

The Hobbyzone Super Cub LP is a highly recommended first electric plane. It is 47.7 inch span, and weighs 25.2 ounces

The video for the Hobbyzone Champ makes it look like a fun little plane. There's a link to it on

It is only 20 inch span, and 1.3 ounces, so it probably should be flown indoors or when there is no wind.
