Ive read news stories about all of these caused by Facebook.
I might be able to agree with you on the last two (maybe), but let's be serious. These things were not caused by Facebook. These incidents were caused by irresponsible Facebook users.

Aerofly0610 hitted right on. FB is bad news. You have "friends", the other day a lady wrote a suicide note in FB, not even one of her so called friends call her, or the police or her family to prevent the tragedy.
That's a tragedy, and I don't have all the details, but from what you've written, I don't see how this is Facebook's fault. Facebook is a social network, not a suicide hotline. The fault lies with her terrible friends. How does nobody pick up the phone to see if she's alright?!
