I have injected 10cc of Mobil Jet Oil into the lube like while spinning the turbine with my hand. some of it dripped out the back through the turbine wheel, but the bearings feel a little better and quiter already (not perfect yet). i will also do Todd's method tommorow after the oil sits overnight as it sounds like a good idea to rinse the dry bearings with Kero and perhaps remove any oil that gummed up on them.
