Chic, it's hard to say what issues you might have, in the absence of some photos of the flap on the wing.

Are they not lining up at all? Are the overall dimensions way off?

Can you set the flap in postition and then shoot some photos?

How do you plan to hinge the out flap, with those flat, pinned-hinges?

All that aside, they look pretty darn good to me. Nice work!

Did you get the wing sheeted yet?
