Default RE: Charlie Kellogg's TBM Avenger Build

Noah, I did leave myself wide open, I should of been more specific. You fellows talked about building the flaps to match the wing trailing edge and then I realized that my flaps could not be built with the wing but rather separate. So now that I have the flap built, my question is how can I match the flap to the wings trailing edge. I have not sheeted the wing yet, so that is why I am asking the question. Do I sheet the top sheet and then hinge the flap to match the wings trailing edge sheeting? I plan on using the Dubro flat hinges. I'm thinking that I can mount the flaps, sheet the top of the wing and somehow line the two pieces up. When I get home, I'll shot a photo of flap sitting its position on the wing. Thanks. Chic
