things seem to be worse than ever for me in my RCU interaction. I am unable to load small 200K jpg files and it has been over three days now. Accessing a thread is maybe, maybe not. Posting is a matter of luck of the draw. It almost seems like the bandwidth is capped and if one is near that cap, then any other attempt to overcome that bandwidth fails.

When I upload an image, say in Chrome which actually tells you the percentage state of upload, I reach 100% completion but then the RCU image poster never returns with an OK - it just hangs. This in all browsers (I've tried 4). I am also unable to navigate the site as my click on links merely hangs without any re-direct.

In some respects the interaction, when it works (I hope on this post), seems faster but it works 10% of the time. 90% of the time, I just see things hang. I copy a URL, fire up another browser, paste it in and I'm taken there. I then click on a link in that browser and things hang. I go back to my usual browser (Firefox) and the links work. Try another time, it doesn't.

Can you tell us what's going on?
