I have finished the project of the cockpit. In effects the cockpit supplied by DerJet has a good quality but the scale modeler are a little crazy.... I am crazy.

The kit consists of 24 parts mechanics entirely realized in epoxy laminate and machined in CNC
The project has required more than 100 hours of planning, drawing, cam and cutting, to realize the prototype.
It's totally illuminated with technology led in SMD using the bottom of every panel as printed circuit. (with Led and resistors in SMD)

The next images will be of the painted cockpit, assembled and.... illuminated.

The next project, for the Derjet Vampire, will be to realize 4 tubes for launching the true rockets to place in the front of fuselage, modifying one precedent of mine project that I have realized for my A-10 Mibojet .
